Login Issues
Having login issues?
Follow the step below before requesting assistance:

First ensure your browser address (URL) is https://eclinic.insideoutinstitute.org.au/
InsideOut has a number of login pages for different products which all look very similar, so make sure you are logging into the correct page using the link above.
- If the browser address is correct and you still cannot login, try using the "Email me a Login Code" button, which will send you a On-Time-Code to login with, rather than needing to use your password.

If the browser address is correct and you still cannot login, try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" feature. You will receive a password reset email in a few minutes.
Tip: Make sure to check your Spam or Junk folders, as sometimes our password reset emails get flagged as Spam.

If you receive the login error message "The provided credentials are invalid, check for spelling mistakes in your password or username, email address, or phone number" check to ensure you have typed your email address correctly without any leading or trailing spaces.
If you continue to receive this message, you may not have created an eClinic account, please try Creating an Account using your email address.
